Where do we deliver?

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand, however we unfortunately cannot deliver to rural addresses.

Note that for moment, we are not able to offer our fresh items, such as sandwiches, salads, breakfast items for delivery.

We are working on a delivery alternative to get these items out NZ wide!

What are the delivery fees and cut off times?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes & rural addresses.‍

Wellington Suburbs Delivery: available Monday to Friday, includes Upper Hutt & Porirua

$10 delivery fee for orders over $30 | $15 for orders under $30 | free delivery on orders over $150

Morning Delivery: 8am-11am

Lunch Delivery: 10am-1pm (order by 9am)

Afternoon Delivery: 1pm - 4pm (order by 12pm)

Evening Delivery: 4pm-7pm. (order by 12pm)

North Island (o/s Wellington suburbs): $20
South Island: $35

Delivery between 8am-5pm*, available Tuesday - Friday (order by 12pm the day prior)

* Please note this is the targeted delivery time given by courier post. Deliveries to business addresses will usually be delivered by 9am.

Can I choose my delivery time?


Yes of course, if you are Wellington based, you can pick one of our four time slots, available Monday – Friday.

If you need something outside of these times, please contact us directly: online@wishbone.co.nz and we will do our best to assist.

For delivery New Zealand wide wide. you can choose a day for delivery (Tuesday – Friday), it will arrive between 8am-5pm on your chosen day (dependent on local courier drivers, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a set time).

You will receive an email with tracking information to keep up to date with the delivery.

How are the orders packaged up?

To keep our food chilled we have created a custom insulated box to keep the food cool while it’s being delivered to your door, we also use ice packs to ensure maximum chilled-ness.

In addition to this, we use the Perishable Items option for shipping through Courier Post, which ensures the packages are kept in a cool room until they are delivered to your door.

* Please make sure you are there to receive your package or have someone pop it in the fridge for you as you will need to get your meals into chilled storage once you've received them.

Can I make a bulk order?


Yes, we can absolutely accommodate bulk orders, of our heat and eats, baking, or fresh items!
